The RAMCO QUAD
The QUAD is a four stage wash/rinse/rinse/dry console series that employs transport elevators within each chamber. The above system is designed for precision cleaning of very small stampings, batch loaded by the thousands into fine mesh baskets, for the removal of light oil and chips using dynamic flow combinations. The process combines ultrasonics and TurboFilter for the wash, cascading overflow and TurboFilter for the rinses and an oscillating hot air knife dryer.
An important feature to all RAMCO consoles is accessibility (see above). Nothing is tucked underneath the tanks or behind “access” panels. Electrical components are wired into dual Nema 12 control panels. The filtration, turbulation and oil removal systems are all easy to get to.
