Custom MK System for Aqueous Washing

This Two Stage Wash/Rinse System was designed for cleaning long spray manifolds from a vertical etching machine. The manifolds were oriented in the vertical position and flushed with bottom-up and lateral turbulation combined with vertical platform oscillation. The standard MK Series was modified for a deeper and longer working zone as required by the application. All operating controls were conveniently located in push button stations at the front of each unit. As per specifications the exterior surfaces were epoxy painted and non metallic electrical conduit employed. Ventilation collars were also installed on each unit at the rear flange for hook-up to an in-house ventilation system.
